Please read these terms carefully before using our online price calculator, locking in an offer, or selling any device to iMobile Repair Center. By using our website or submitting an offer request you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 years or older to sell a device to iMobile Repair Center. By submitting an offer request or selling a device you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to sell the device.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete any device sale at our store. Acceptable forms of ID include a Michigan driver's license, state ID, or passport. We are required by law to record the ID of every seller. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if valid ID cannot be provided.
Prices displayed on our website and in our online calculator are estimates only. The final offer is determined by in-store inspection by iMobile staff. Actual offers may differ from online estimates based on the actual condition, model, storage, and carrier status of the device. Submitting an offer request or receiving an estimate does not guarantee that offer will be honored until the device is inspected in person.
When you lock in an offer through our website you will receive an estimated cash offer by email valid for 3 days from the date it was issued. The price lock is honored only if:
iMobile Repair Center reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any offer if the device condition differs from what was represented online.
By selling a device to iMobile you represent and confirm that:
If a device you sell to us is determined to be stolen or reported lost, iMobile reserves the right to surrender the device to law enforcement and seek restitution from the seller for the amount paid.
You are responsible for removing all personal data from your device before selling it. iMobile Repair Center is not responsible for any personal data remaining on a device after it has been sold. We strongly recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset before coming in. By selling your device you release iMobile from any liability related to data remaining on the device.
Payment is made on the spot at the time of sale via cash, CashApp, or Zelle. All sales are final. iMobile does not offer returns or refunds on purchased devices once a transaction is complete.
Repair estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final repair costs may differ if additional damage or issues are discovered during the repair process. iMobile will notify you before proceeding with any additional work beyond the original estimate.
iMobile Repair Center is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, cosmetic issues, or hardware faults that existed before the repair was performed. We recommend backing up all data before bringing your device in for repair as data loss can occur during any repair process. iMobile is not liable for any data lost during a repair.
Devices left at our store for more than 30 days after the repair is complete and the customer has been notified will be considered abandoned. iMobile reserves the right to dispose of or resell abandoned devices after 30 days with no further obligation to the customer.
Every repair comes with a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in the parts installed and the work performed. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the specific repair that was performed. iMobile reserves the right to refuse any repair at our discretion.
By providing your phone number to iMobile Repair Center — through our website, in person, over the phone, or via our online price calculator — you may receive text messages from iMobile Repair Center. The types of messages you may receive include:

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and SMS consent information are used solely by iMobile Repair Center for the purposes described above.

iMobile Repair Center reserves the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to devices that cannot be verified, devices with active account locks, devices that appear to be stolen or fraudulently obtained, or transactions where valid ID cannot be provided.
iMobile Repair Center cooperates fully with law enforcement. We maintain records of all transactions including seller identification and device information as required by Michigan law. This information may be shared with law enforcement as required or requested.
iMobile Repair Center is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, calculator, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the device in that transaction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from transactions or services provided by iMobile Repair Center shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Wayne County, Michigan.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
