Back up and reset.
Back up your photos, then Settings, General management, Reset, Factory data reset. Or bring it in signed out and we'll reset it with you.
Know your lock status.
Unlocked phones get the best price. Carrier locked phones are fine if they're paid off and not blacklisted.
Take out your SIM card. Keep your case and charger.
